Nothing is flowing to the SS LumpSum worksheet Lines 27-29.
Lines 1-20 appear correct. The remainder of the worksheet Lines 21-29 looks like they should come from the worksheet for calculation if traditional ira contribution was made. I did not make any IRA contribution in 2024 or 2025.
