To share your diagnostic code using a Mac computer:
- Go to the very top menu (at the top of your computer screen on the line with TurboTax 2025) and click Help
- From the drop down menu that appears, click Send Tax File to TurboTax Agent.
- The token number will appear in a pop-up window titled "TurboTax Diagnostics"
- Post that number here in this thread
