I want Intuit to know I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that 2025 TurboTax Deluxe Desktop MUST be upgraded to Premier for THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($35!) to be able to import brokerage stock/bond sales from FORM 1099-B into TurboTax's Form 8949. The prior years Deluxe version had the 1099-B import included, now we MUST Upgrade if you want it in included your TTax 2025 return.
Manually entering details for every transaction into TTax Form 8949 is too tedious and error-prone for me. Since I will E-file my 2025 TTax Federal return, I will instead postal mail a copy of 2025 forms 1099-B attached to IRS Form 8453; just tick the bottom checkbox to submit the 1099-B in lieu of an 8949.
