Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I tried all those things with a live agent remoted in, but they didn't work for me.  There must have been a glitch in my work because I tried starting another return on the same computer and things worked properly with it.  I ended up deleting my return for this year and starting over on the original account, and it then worked for me.

 

I don't understand how my online account could have a bug, but it did.  I tried on three different computers and multiple browsers, and had the same result every time, so it was not a cookie or cache problem but something in the return itself.  Anyway, the problem is solved now.  Thanks for your suggestions.
