@PatriciaV , thank you for your reply. I'm absolutely willing to send this diagnostic file, except I've spent most of the morning trying to figure out how, using the instructions above. I'm using a Mac Desktop version of Home & Business. When I select "Share" in the Turbotax menu, I do not see an option for "Send tax file to agent." The actual turbotax app doesn't show an option for this. I'm logged in online, but it keeps wanting me to purchase turbotax and start a new filing. Any ideas on how I can export/send the file?
