Same thing happened to me. I updated TurbTax this morning and tried (twice) and each time my WI return was rejected. I spent 30 minutes talking to a TurboTax representative who was unable to help.
I finally gave up and efiled my return directly on the WI DOR website. Hopefully that takes care of it.
After using TurboTax for 20 years or more, I am done with them. Next year I am switching to another software company.
