To print a form in TurboTax Online, sign in, open your return, and navigate to Tax Tools > Print Center in the left menu. Select "Print, save, or preview this year's return," choose the desired forms, and select View or Print Forms. You must pay for your return or register (if free) before printing.
This is the first time I've heard of an issue with the number starting with "B", or with the form being entered in TurboTax Online instead of Desktop. Can you describe the steps you took to enter the form in TurboTax Online?
Form 568 must be filed by every LLC that is not taxable as a corporation if any of the following apply:
- The LLC is doing business in California.
- The LLC is organized in California.
- The LLC is organized in another state or foreign country, but registered with the California SOS.
- The LLC has income from California sources.
