Support recommended to uninstall and reinstall desktop version and online versions from both my laptop and desktop. I started the online version and then switched to the desktop version that was completed.
This a possible solution to remove a duplicate transmission of my tax files that prevented my tax refund to send to the IRS. I removed the Turbotax desktop version from my windows 11 laptop but could not from my windows 10 pc. because version 2025 was not listed in programs. In short, HOW TO REMOVE ALL MY UNCOMPLETED TURBOTAX ONLINE FILES FROM MY DESKTOP PC so I can reinstall turbotax 2025.
