it seems separate returns were filed in 2024; otherwise, the AGI would be the same for both.
The transcript should reflect an amended return AGI if it has been processed. However, I think the IRS wants the AGI from the original return. State returns, on the other hand, are a mixed bag. Also, recheck the SSN entered for her, though I doubt this is the issue.
Sometimes there is a total disconnect between what is and what the IRS wants. Such situations are not correctable and require paper filing.
