Cookies from Chrome Browsing Caused Info on my MO and KS State Tax Returns to be Input Erroneously this Year when Filing Online. It Saved Details Originally Entered that were Subsequently Deleted, Not Updating my Forms Appropriately. I'm Now at Risk of Having to Make 2 Amendments due to No Fault of my Own. Per Customer Support/The Troubleshooting Team, this is a Known Issue TurboTax is Aware of with how Chrome Interfaces with its Software. For Any TurboTax Experts/Employees who may Come Across this Post and have Influence with Passing Along Feedback and Implementing Changes, Please Advise/Encourage Customers to File their Taxes via Microsoft Edge to Potentially Avoid this Cookies Issue.
