Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Sorry to hear, I am not a TT advisor, but there are many reasons why this could be happening on your system. I have used TT for many years and this is the first time this has happened to me too. Its either a TT things or a Chrome browser thing. You could change your default browser  on your computer so that when TT opens that window it is not using Chrome but Firefox, Edge etc. I would advise posting here on a separate thread and also indicate what browser and version you are using,  and what computer operating system you are using.
