I am also having the same issue. Just spent over an hour on the phone with turbo tax and they couldn't resolve. It is very frustrating the excuses each give rather then knowing the software and having it fixed. It's clear employee tax experts can't understand the issue which is a shame. They should know the software inside and out. It is not due to billing.
