Get your taxes done using TurboTax

From all the threads about import issues, yours is like most others. Turbotax says the import was successful, but there's nothing. Some suggest using a different browser, others say it won't work because the issue is with your LAN. Then again, the issue might be your antivirus/antimalware apps or even something else. 

 

You could try resetting your router. There are numerous threads on the internet about how to resolve LAN issues. Use at your own risk. I can't find out if TurboTax has its own recommendations.
