Just another frustrated user here.
Spent over 20+ hours adjusting imported financial data.
Then had to download info from another account at same institution as it became available.
And of course, all of my previous data was eliminated.
I noticed it right away when my federal and state income tax refund values changed at the top of the app.
I knew the newly imported data would not have had that much of an effect on my taxes.
This is really a horrific software error in TurboTax and needs to be escalated immediately.
Also updated app yesterday without this error being corrected.
Hard to understand how such a widely acclaimed and used software program could be so flawed.
