If the available and "roll-out" dates do not align, you should provide the "roll-out date" rather than a bogus availability date. I've been using Turbotax for mine and my adult children's taxes for many, many years. Delays like this, that could be avoided with properly managed logistics, are the kinds of issues that send long-term customers looking for another solution to tax filing. I see the flood of posts from one user claiming they were told the end of March. But I would like an accurate timeline from someone at Turbotax. I can guarantee you if the delay is going to be 6 weeks, I will take my business elsewhere or just paper file them myself. I know what I paid to do this. I can't imagine you'd want to lose 10,000 customers at that price. A $2.8M revenue dip over a form you've had access to for two months would likely end with a long list of terminations...
