Are there plans to give credits/refunds to people who paid for a tax software to prepare their returns in a timely manner and have been unable to do so?
It's reached the point of unacceptable. We need a solid commitment.
I have been using your platform for probably 10 or 15 years; I am going to have to find another route next year.
Please post a solid update on when the form will be released.
