I tried doing a summary but there wasn't anywhere to enter disallowed wash sales summarized on the same 1099. Referencing this post it was indicated that wash sales must be entered manually so I just decided to enter them all manually to not risk having multiple summaries in the same category that didn't match the 1099. Both my wash sales and my expired (with value, not expired worthless) call and put options were in short term covered transactions.
