The Problem: TurboTax will not let me delete an item under "Review Your 10990R Summary".

I have a number of 1099-Rs to report on. Review Your 1099-R Summary populates it with my prior year's info and then I need to insert information to update it for the current reporting year. In the past I have received two 1099-Rs from one provider for two different plans. I no longer receive payments from one of the plans (the last payments were made in 2024). When I try to delete it from the list for 2025 it appears to drop it from the list, but the worksheet report is still there and when I go back to look at the 1099-R Summary list it reappears in the list.
