Yes. If you have already filed you will have to file an amended return to add your dependent. To amend a 2025 return in TurboTax, wait until the IRS accepts and fully processes your original return, then log in to your return in TurboTax and select "Amend (change) return" in the tax home and follow the guided steps to create a Form 1040-X.
