Try deleting Form 1099-Q and then re-enter it.
To delete a form in TurboTax Desktop, follow the instructions below:
- Open your tax return
- Select the Forms icon
- Select the Form 1099-Q from the menu
- Once the form is generated, select Delete Form
- Follow any instructions to delete the form(s).
