Can I claim legal fees for negotiating severance pay? I made 52,336.00 in 2017 and paid 1,900 in legal fees for the severance negotiating.
Is this negotiating fee claimed? If so,where do i put this information. Would i receive a different form then the W2 for my severance pay. I was paid with regular payroll.
