You have a couple of options.
You can contact the issuing bank and request that the 1099-INT be issued in your ex-wife's name. They may be willing to help.
Or you can issue a 1099 from you to your ex-wife transferring the interest into her name and social security number.
Or you can just enter it into your tax return.
