Thanks Leticia, I got this information when I followed the link to correct my return, and I have validated that the VIN I entered was correct. The problem I encounter is that I can't find a way to follow the next steps requested:
- Check the box near the VIN input that you certify the correct VIN and resubmit the return. Any Digit that looks like the Letter O should be entered as a Zero.
There is no box for me to check "near the VIN input" (see screenshot). I think I may need technical support to enable something.
