If you received the 'hit a snag' error it's a connectivity issue.  You're trying to connect to a Billing server and it's being blocked.  Try closing the program, clear your Cache and Cookies,  and turning off your anti-virus programs before retrying.

 

If you still can't connect you can Contact TurboTax Support and use 'Billing' as your issue.  They can take your payment by phone.
