Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Depending on what version of TurboTax you are using, it could be a display issue.
If you are a TurboTax desktop user, check your display scaling settings to make sure your items aren't hidden off-screen. TurboTax display issues, such as blank screens,, missing buttons, or activation freezes, are often resolved by adjusting your Windows display scaling to 100%, or lowering resolution to 800 x 600 temporarily.
If you are using TurboTax Online you can try the following to fix this issue:
- Go out of your program, close your browser window, and then go back in and try again.

- Try using another browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.
