If you are having issues importing your tax documents from your financial institution or brokerage account, you might want to try these other options:
- Upload: you have to enter into your financial institution's account and download the documents to your computer, then upload it into the system.
- Snap a photo: You will need the physical document in your hands and take a picture of them.
- Type it yourself: This may not be the best option if you have a lot of transactions and/or documents. But, it's still an option.
