Are you on the Desktop version of TurboTax.
Desktop doesn't have any of the things you're looking for.
If you're in the Online version.
- Is your screen minimized. The left sidebar won't show in this case.
- Do you have a menu in the middle of your screen?
- Click on Personal Info > [Revisit/Edit]
- This should bring up the full menu on the left side.
