hmm did they say today or 17th? what issue did they say they are resolving? there are generally 2 issues that have been reported here related to importing & Schwab...
if you get success with no data it's likely the browser permission issue, see
if you have issues with Schwab import there is some issue they (Schwab, not TT) are having with their 1099s but I think you would get an email about that saying they will revise the 1099B by end Feb, see
