I have used Windows for TurboTax. This year, TurboTax complained about Windows version and wanted/forced to buy a new Windows PC as it wouldn't install. Neither would Windows 11.
So I tried my old MacOS book. Turbotax let me buy the MacOS product, installed it. But when I tried to run it, it failed with error MacOS version not supported. Basically, forcing me to buy a new MacBook. Can't afford it.
So I used my work Windows laptop and purchased TurboTax Windows and installed it.
Now I want to return the MacOS Turbotax version purchased for $120. How do I get refund?
