Trouble Purchasing the 2025 Desktop version

Been trying to purchase the 2025 desktop version for days.  Every time I enter my credit card information, the order does not go through but my credit card gets charged.  Within a minute a credit for the same amount pops up on my credit card so the transaction is going through.  Tried using every card I own and contacted every card for assistance.  Card companies say it is on the Intuit/Turbo Tax end.  

Spent hours on hold and with a Turbo Tax tech specialist which was a complete waste of time and I could barely understand his broken english.  Have Windows 11, cleared cookies and caches which seems to be a notorious TT issue and tried everything and every variation even resetting my Intuit account and passwords.

Never had so much trouble simply trying to purchase software.  If I had not already used the product for several years, I would just switch to a competitor.
