I started a 2024 amendment. It's "missing" and i can't restart it. Tech support is baffled & recommending I restart from scratch using desktop version. Can anyone help?

The Amend 2024 Return button is no longer available to me. I would have to essentially restart my 2024 taxes if I move to the desktop version which I would like to avoid.
