Hopefully you didn't go ahead and pay. Wait until this is figured out. But before people in the forum can tell you how you may be able to remove something, we need to know what all it's charging for.
You didn't say what you see when you go to the left menu column and click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS, then the blue button MY FEES.
Also, with your return open, what product edition is showing up in the top left corner?
