For 2025 my employer decided to create a self insurance plan for the company. My health care costs are very expensive ($200k+ per year) so in exchange for me getting my own insurance through the Marketplace (and therefore not paying the $200k) they offered to pay my total insurance cost, including maximum out of pocket and premiums. When completing my taxes and the question is asked if I am offered insurance from my employer, what's my answer? Thanks!
