(I doubt the above link will work by the way. Intuit seems to engage in link-sanitizing -- they won't allow a functional URL to a competitor to exist on their forum. You can use Google to find H&R Block's schedule if needed).
Intuit also posts this information at this link, but they outline that Form 4562 is ready now, when it clearly is not:

I appreciate H&R Block's transparency and after watching this forum for the last two weeks, it was enough for me to make the switch this year.
