If your partner is filing their own return, both of you will indicate when entering the 1095-A in your individual returns that you 'shared the policy with someone not on your return' and each will indicate an allocation %.

 

This could be whatever you agree on, as long as the two total 100% (50/50 or 100/0, for example).

 

If you file jointly, or you claim your partner as a dependent, you don't need to indicate a 'shared policy' since you're both on the same return.
