When you go to enter your 1099-INT there will be two options, one to import your data and one to "type it in myself". If your lender is not on the list of financial institutions that have partnered with TurboTax then you will probably have to type the information from your 1099-INT form into the system.
You can also make a point of mentioning to your financial institution that they should partner with TurboTax the next time that you speak to them!
