Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Yes, you can remove all of your data from the Online program provided you haven't paid for it; however, a file will still exist.  This will remove all of your personal data, but some tax records may be retained for legal reasons. 

1. Sign into TurboTax.
2. On the left sidebar at the bottom
3. Select Intuit Account
4. On the new left sidebar select Data & privacy
5. On the Center Data & Privacy panel
6. Select Delete
7. Select an option from the pop-up menu.

Or you can Clear and Start Over to remove data if you haven't paid or filed. 

1. Sign into TurboTax.
2. You may have to bring up the additional options on the left sidebar
   1. On the center panel select Personal Info [Continue]
   2. This will bring up additional options on the left sidebar.
3. On the left sidebar at the bottom
4. Select the Switch Products drop down arrow.
5. Click Clear and start over.
