There is no confidential information on this board. Why 2-factor verification? And the capatcha takes too long -- I had to try 5-10 times before it let me pass.
Also I first tried to log in using my User ID (aptiva4tt17), go through the capatcha, then it tells me that aptiva4tt17 is not in the system. Is my User ID not aptiva4tt17. Then I have to go through another round of capatcha!! Turbotax/Intuit is trying their best to discourage us to use its support site? Just to get to this Community" is a convoluted task. Google it lead me to a FAQ! Why not a direct link to the Community -- instead of multiple steps to get to the Community???
