When I try to download, it goes through the actions but starts the process for a new download over again. I spent a good deal of time with Caprease and she concluded that my financials would not be ready to be downloaded until Feb 15, 2026. So I am waiting till then. I know they are available now but possibly not in the format that can be downloaded to Turbotax. Thanks.
