To pay your TurboTax fees with a credit card, you need a US billing address.
You can change the billing address to a US address in Step 1 of the checkout process to pay the TurboTax fees.
After you have completed Step 1, you can go back to the My Info section in TurboTax and change the address back to the address you want to be shown on your tax return as your mailing address.
