I looked for my saved 2024 Turbo Tax and it wasn't there! I finally found out I had to find the saved return and it re-installed the software and then loaded a return that was totally wrong!
I have used Turbotax for 50 years and have recommended it to anyone that asked. I had a knee replacement January 20 and am on pain meds and taking physical therapy. The last thing I needed was to see that I couldn't find my 2024 return to start my 2025 return. When I found it, it showed I owe $2800 in taxes. I actually received a refund.
That's the way you treat 50-year loyal customers. Now I have to try to figure out how to straighten out this mess. SHAME!
