I am in California and having the same issue. they are forcing you to take it out of your federal taxes as a way to get you to upgrade for 45.00 more dollars. My boyfriend did that not realizing that he was being charged the additional 45.00 but his credit card payment went right thru with no problems. i have been on the phone with Turbo Tax for hours on end and they don't know how to fix it,
