The online version of turbotax is horrific and I don't like being penalized because I don't go out and purchase win 11 or buy a new pc

I've used turbotax for over 20 years and the pc version was always intuitive and easy to use. Now I'm forced to use an online version that is anything but intuitive and not easy at all. Why do I have to pay for the "privilege" of getting turbo tax online because I can't afford win 11????
