Greetings, I cant complete my file, the site is stuck on the "lets get ready to e-file sceen", when I try toa dvance it sends me back to the initial step.

When I advance with the I want to e-file option, it asks a few identification questions, then right after asking if I have a driver's license, it takes me back to the "Lets get ready to e-file" screen.
