To get a copy of your 2025 Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement, log into your Marketplace insurance account at healthcare.gov or call 1-800-318-2596.
After you have a copy of your Form 1095-A, you will enter the information from the form into TurboTax using the following path:
Federal>Deductions & Credits>Health Insurance Marketplace (Form 1095-A)
