You can delete an old TurboTax account using the steps below:
- Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
- Sign in with your account credentials of the account you want to delete
- Go Data Privacy, select Delete, and
- Follow the instructions to submit a deletion request for your data.
This process will permanently remove your information, but it may take up to 90 days.
Make sure you download any necessary tax documents first.
