Is anyone else having issues with the Credit for Other Dependent? I've answered the questions every possible way, deleted/added the dependent. Still can't get the credit.

My child qualifies for the Credit for Other Dependents. She meets all the qualifications. I have claimed this in past years, but no combination of the answers allows me to claim that credit this year. The law hasn't changed. Seems to me there a problem with the software.
