Get your taxes done using TurboTax

TurboTax may say 'import was successful' if it was able to connect with your institution.  However, there may be no data to import if they don't have the import-ready files prepared to send.  This is often the case at this time.

 

Make sure you've turned off your anti-virus software/VPN, and that your account settings at your institution allow 'third party access'.
