Are you using TurboTax Desktop for Windows? If so, FORMS is on the top right next to Flags and Notifications.
If you are using a MAC, it is on the top left where "Easy Step" is located
If you are using Online, there is no option to see the forms, only to preview the tax return.
To preview your Form 1040 Tax Return using TurboTax Online, please select Tax Tools on the left side bar, then TOOLS from the drop-down that opens
(you may need to play with the scroll bar on the left side to see these options)
Next, select "View Tax Summary" on the Tools Center Screen
On the left side bar you can find "Preview my 1040"
Select "Preview my 1040"
