Yes, I created the "ghost" 1099-R for the Excess ROTH contribution removal when I e-filed the original tax return in March 2025 with distribution codes J & P.
I therefore will disregard the 1099-R that I received 2 weeks ago as the numbers are identical to the 1099-R I created in March 2025.
